The ReEntry program offers experienced professionals, who are currently on an extended career break of at least two years, the support and resources needed to relaunch their careers. The program spans over 30 locations worldwide. The ReEntry Program is a 15-week fellowship program, beginning April 20, 2026 and ending July 31, 2026 with the prospect of an offer for permanent employment with JPMorgan Chase at the end of the program. The permanent placements will be based on both business needs and candidate skill set.
About the Team: J.P. Morgan Asset & Wealth Management delivers industry-leading investment management and private banking solutions. Asset Management provides individuals, advisors and institutions with strategies and expertise that span the full spectrum of asset classes through our global network of investment professionals. Wealth Management helps individuals, families and foundations take a more intentional approach to their wealth or finances to better define, focus and realise their goals.
What We Look For:
- Accomplished individuals who are currently on a voluntary career break for at least 2 years and wish to return to the workforce full time as part of the Asset & Wealth Management Operations team.
- Creative, innovative team players with analytical, technical, problem solving, planning and organisational skills.
- Individuals with strong interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively in presentations, expressing complex financial strategies in an organised and articulate manner and relevant experience for the Line of Business.
- The ability to relate well to external clients and internal partners and establishing strong working relationships is a critical requirement of the program.
