As an eCommerce Client Service – Associate within FICC (Fixed Income, Currencies & Commodities) eCommerce Client Service (eCS) team, you will provide operational support for the Investment Bank’s proprietary and multi-dealer electronic trading platforms. Your responsibilities will include client onboarding, product enablement, technical support, and resolving client queries. Job responsibilities Leads our eCommerce enablement process, coordinating with Markets Ops, DCS (Digital Client Service), Sales and Clients to ensure a seamless enablement process Participates in regional and global projects with focus on strategic reengineering that accelerates our onboarding queues to meet SLAs (Service Level Agreement) determined by the business Provides data analysis to aid business decisions and management resourcing Identifies and resolves client issues/queries raised by Front Office, Middle Office, Back Office, and clients Liaises internally to resolve client access and connectivity issues Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills Experience in sales, middle office, or client service Strong project management background, working with various stakeholders Good analytical skills, diligent, and attentive to detail Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills Knowledge of data analytics tools such as Alteryx / Tableau Knowledge of FICC third-party applications like FXAll, Bloomberg, and 360T Knowledge of industry or vendor partners relevant to enablement such as Saphyre / Markit #J-18808-Ljbffr
