As a Credit Athena Business Analyst / Project Manager within the Market Operations Transformation Team, you will promote transformative projects by defining and designing products, and overseeing their implementation. You will lead the Trade lifecycle workstream for the Athena Credit transformation project, collaborating with Business, Operations, and Technology partners to deliver impactful project outcomes. Job responsibilities Gathers, analyzes, and facilitates requirement review sessions with stakeholders Tracks and ensures completion of project deliverables Prepares Testing Strategies and Management of UAT Coordinates E2E testing including environments, dates, resources Gathers/analyzes complex data and develops accurate conclusions with sufficient comprehension of the business to understand risk implications Understands user experience to aid support in defect troubleshooting Facilitates forums to address the priority of reported enhancements and defects Evaluates existing project management processes and looks for areas of improvement Prepares documentation for Management level updates Gathers MIS in Tableau, Excel – and performs data analysis Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills Relevant experience and proven ability to gather/analyze complex data and develop accurate conclusions with sufficient comprehension of the business to understand risk implications Proven record in implementing projects at large scale Knowledge of Credit Derivatives products Experience managing projects – strong organizational, presentation, and stakeholder management skills Team player that works well with others and can easily adapt to constant changing and dynamic environments Highly disciplined, self-motivated, and delivery-focused with ability to work independently Ability to positively influence change and maintain a positive change management environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Intermediate/Advanced experience using Microsoft Office, including Excel, Visio and PowerPoint, Jira Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills Technical skills in Python Advanced Excel, Alteryx, Tableau Exotics product knowledge About Us J.P.
