Join our dynamic Market Data Analytics (MDA) team within the Finance and Business Management function, where you will play a pivotal role in enhancing Front Office Risk Management and Control Framework across the Corporate and Investment Bank. As the Control Manager within the Market Data Analytics (MDA) team, you will focus on delivering business-critical initiatives driven by industry-wide changes in regulatory expectations. You will engage proactively with global leaders from Front Office, Business Management, and Compliance, and partner closely with functional support groups like Operations, Product Control, Technology, Risk, and Audit. Your role will involve influencing and driving team deliverables while building strong relationships across various functions.
Responsibilities
- Define project scope, stakeholders, strategic solutions, and delivery plans.
- Manage the project lifecycle to deliver large cross-markets projects.
- Understand intraday trading risk patterns and ensure trading alerts are reviewed.
- Partner with technology to deliver business solutions and address application issues.
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across different functions.
- Communicate status updates to stakeholders and senior management.
- Coordinate working group meetings, including agenda setting and tracking action items.
- Assist with future product strategy by partnering with Technology and Data Science.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Strong analytical skills with logical and strategic thinking.
- Understanding of cash and derivative products in FX, Rates, Credit, and Equity.
- Effective communication with senior management.
