Job summary

As aProduct Owner (Vice President)in theInternational Private Bank Managed Product team, you will shape and deliver enhancements to our managed investments platform that supports advisors, portfolio managers, and partners globally. You’ll translate user needs into a clear roadmap and actionable delivery plans, balancing scalability, resiliency, and stability. You’ll work with us in a fast-paced, partnership-driven culture where you can influence outcomes and learn from diverse perspectives. Together, we’ll improve the tools and workflows that help teams serve clients with excellence.

Job responsibilities

  • Partnerwith advisors, portfolio managers, and stakeholders to understand investment workflows and prioritize platform opportunities
  • Collaboratewith business stakeholders, technology and operations partners to deliver resilient, scalable, and stable platform capabilities
  • Leaddiscovery activities, including user research and journey mapping, to define problems and validate solutions
  • Translaterequirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized backlogs for delivery teams, aligned to business outcomes and user needs
  • Usedata, performance metrics, and qualitative feedback to inform prioritization and design decisions
  • Communicateprogress, dependencies, and trade-offs through clear updates and governance routines
  • Identifyrisks and issues early andescalateappropriately to keep delivery on track
  • Drivecontinuous improvement across product processes, controls, and user experience

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Demonstrated experienceowning a digital product or platformfrom discovery through delivery
  • Strong capability togather requirements, write user stories, and manage a prioritized backlog
  • Experiencepartnering cross-functionallywith technology, operations, and business stakeholders to deliver outcomes
  • Ability tonavigate ambiguity, competing priorities, and tight timelines while maintaining high standards
  • Strongverbal and written communicationskills, with the ability to simplify complex topics for different audiences
  • Comfortpresenting to and influencing senior stakeholdersthrough structured updates and clear recommendations
  • A collaborative, inclusive working style, and commitment to shared team success

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience supportingwealth management or private bankinginvestment workflows (proposals, portfolio implementation, servicing)
  • Knowledge ofmanaged investmentsproducts, platforms, or related operating models
  • Experience usingproduct analytics and user researchto drive prioritization and design choices
  • Experience working acrossmultiple regions and time zoneswith globally distributed partners
  • Background partnering withrisk, controls, and governancefunctions within a regulated environment
