Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities that reflect customer and market needs through user research and discovery.
  • Consider and plan for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experience.
  • Support the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and provide insight on potential product features that deliver value to customers.
  • Analyze, track, and evaluate product metrics, including work to time, cost, and quality targets across the product development life cycle.
  • Write the requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development.
  • Act as a Scrum Master to coordinate sprint activities for the delivery team.
  • Coordinate and participate in peer and business testing to ensure new solutions meet requirements and are ready for production rollout.
  • Support and train end-users to drive adoption and maximize the platform\'s capabilities.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to assist with broader initiatives and improvements.
  • Participate in release and change management activities, ensuring compliance with the firm\'s risk, controls, and regulatory standards.
  • Analyze, track, and evaluate product metrics across the product development life cycle.
  • Configure complex reports and dashboards to enhance service operations.

Qualifications

  • Experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area.
  • Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle.
  • Experience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition.
  • Exposure to operational management and change readiness work streams.
  • Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy.
  • Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization.
