We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Executive Assistant to provide proactive, high-touch support to the CEO of the International Private Bank.

This is a critical role requiring exceptional judgment, discretion, and the ability to anticipate needs in a fast-paced, global environment.

You will act as a trusted partner, enabling the CEO to operate efficiently across internal stakeholders and external relationships.

As a Senior Executive Assistant in the International Private Bank, you will provide strategic administrative support to the CEO and play a key role in enabling the effective execution of business priorities.

You will work closely with senior stakeholders across the organization, managing competing priorities in a fast-paced global environment.

This role offers the opportunity to build trusted partnerships, influence operating effectiveness, and contribute to the success of a senior leadership team.

  • Job Responsibilities
  • Manage complex scheduling across multiple time zones; anticipate conflicts and proactively optimize the CEO's time and priorities.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, itineraries, visas (where applicable), ground transportation, and contingency plans.
  • Prepare agendas and meeting materials; coordinate pre-briefs, debriefs, attendee logistics, and follow-up actions.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion; manage communications, documentation, and priority items using sound judgment.
  • Track action items, deadlines, and deliverables; maintain effective filing and knowledge management practices.
  • Triage inbound requests; draft and edit correspondence and other materials, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
  • Coordinate internal and external events, including client engagements, leadership off-sites, and town halls.
  • Partner with senior leaders, Business Management, Human Resources, Finance, Risk, Compliance, and Executive Assistant teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline administrative workflows and implement tools and best practices to improve efficiency.
  • Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  • Extensive executive administrative experience supporting C-suite or equivalent senior leadership.
  • Demonstrated success managing highly complex calendars and international travel in a global organization.
  • Strong business judgment with the ability to handle confidential matters with discretion and professionalism.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in productivity tools, including email, calendar management, document preparation, spreadsheets, and collaboration platforms.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively across functions and geographies.
  • Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  • Experience supporting executives within private banking, wealth management, financial services, or another regulated environment.
  • Experience supporting global leadership with frequent cross-border coordination and client-facing engagements.
  • Demonstrated ability to improve administrative processes and operating rhythms for senior leaders.
