Screening and researching investment and development loan opportunities throughout EMEA to assess viability; provide and analyze market research to support recommendations; undertake analysis of property risks and comparable evidence to form a view on property underwriting including value, cash flow, and stabilization; leverage personal network of contacts to research markets and collect data and market intelligence; analyze large portfolios to identify key metrics and areas of risk; prepare deal proposals for internal committees; create and analyze models, sensitizing inputs; oversee and review real estate due diligence work.
Responsibilities:
- Screening and researching investment and development loan opportunities across EMEA to assess viability
- Provide and analyze market research to support recommendations
- Undertake analysis of property risks and comparable evidence to form a view on property underwriting including value, cash flow, stabilization
- Leverage personal network of contacts to research markets and collect data and market intelligence
- Analyze large portfolios to identify key metrics and areas of risk
- Prepare deal proposals for internal committees
- Create and analyze models, sensitizing inputs
- Oversee and review real estate due diligence work
- Maintain flawless data handling
- Demonstrate very good attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Display advanced modelling skills and strong report writing skills
- Apply judgement and experience to undertake risk analysis of a variety of investment and development projects
- Be questioning and curious with drive to get to the bottom of issues and identify solutions
Qualifications:
- RICS with specialism in investment, development or valuation
- On the job experience across sectors and geographies
- Knowledge of European real estate and market practices
- Network of contacts with investors, developers and advisors
