Responsibilities

  • Lead solutioning and adoption of client-facing products and capabilities, defining optimal solutions for clients' needs.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on products and capabilities, with a deep understanding of client needs and industry trends.
  • Support Sales in pricing, pipeline planning, account planning, and team upskilling the team on product knowledge by collaborating on training and collateral materials.
  • Engage with client teams to understand pain points and refine solutions while regularly communicating critical client feedback to Product teams to inform the strategic product roadmap.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated expertise in problem-solving across multiple teams and products.
  • Extensive experience working in a sales cycle and engaging with clients regularly.
  • Experience modifying preconfigured solutions to address complex problems.
  • Proven ability to work in a highly matrixed and complex organization.
