Responsibilities
- Own the vision, roadmap, and backlog for the Account & SSI golden source platform, ensuring alignment with business value, resilience, and controls while prioritizing trade-offs across features, remediation, and regulatory/standards change (SWIFT MT/MX, ISO 20022, BIC, IBAN, LEI).
- Lead global end‑to‑end delivery, including sequencing, dependencies, and release planning, converting requirements into development‑ready stories with measurable acceptance criteria, clear Definition of Ready/Definition of Done, and running agile ceremonies with the Scrum Master.
- Maintain documentation, approvals, change control, and traceability to support audit and regulatory readiness.
- Drive data standards, lineage, stewardship, and quality, monitoring for accuracy, timeliness, completeness, and consistency. Partner with Compliance/Risk on KYC, AML, and sanctions dependencies, ensuring clear policy alignment, evidence, and control design.
- Translate workflows and pain points across Operations, Middle Office, Payments, Treasury, Custody, and Front Office into increments that improve straight‑through processing and operating outcomes.
- Coordinate integrations from onboarding/KYC to downstream consumers (SWIFT, Fedwire, CHAPS, settlement engines, trading platforms, DTCC ALERT, SWIFT Ref), establishing publishing contracts and controlled rollout.
- Define and track OKRs/KPIs (data quality, timeliness, exceptions/repairs, settlement failures, STP, SLA adherence); provide executive‑ready reporting on status, risks, and remediation, and lead production resilience, incident triage, and migration/cutover planning.
Qualifications
- Exposure to Markets, Investor Services, custody, clearing, and prime brokerage.
- Working knowledge of SSI utilities (DTCC ALERT, SWIFT).
- Executive stakeholder influence across Technology, Operations, Compliance, and business leaders in a global, matrixed environment.
- Comfort with ambiguity and sound judgment, making explicit trade‑offs framed in risk, operational impact, and value.
- Strong ownership and follow‑through, with attention to detail in requirements, controls evidence, and delivery commitments.
- Strategic thinker with a bias for execution, balancing long‑term platform health with near‑term delivery outcomes.
- Clear, concise communicator to technical and non‑technical audiences, including senior forums.
- Certifications such as CSPO, SAFe POPM, PMP, or PRINCE2.
