Join Client Account Services (CAS) Change and Strategy, a global team that underpins the Commercial & Investment Bank by ensuring high-quality account and Standing Settlement Instructions (SSI) reference data. We partner across Securities Services to modernize how reference data is managed—improving accuracy, control, scalability, and client outcomes.

As a Product Owner within CAS Change and Strategy team, you will:

  • Translate business outcomes into epics, features, and user stories.
  • Support backlog prioritization and coordinate delivery with Tech squads.
  • Support process analysis, testing/release readiness, and KPI tracking to ensure delivered changes drive real operational impact.
  • Own day-to-day delivery support for change initiatives, from intake and requirements through UAT, release readiness, production deployment, and post-release validation.
  • Partner with Product, Technology, and Operations to align solution design to the target-state reference data strategy and ensure deliverables are implementable and high quality.
  • Drive Agile execution rigor: write/refine user stories and acceptance criteria, maintain/prioritize the backlog with the PO Lead, and actively participate in ceremonies.
  • Manage stakeholders and delivery governance: provide clear status updates, elevate decisions/risks, and track risks, issues, dependencies, and assumptions.
  • Ensure controls and data quality standards are met, with appropriate documentation/evidence and operational readiness activities (training, sign-offs, release notes).

Experience in product ownership/BA/change delivery/ops transformation/tech delivery in a regulated environment. Agile delivery capability: Strong working knowledge of user stories, backlog management, and sprint ceremonies. Structured problem-solving, strong analytics and attention to detail, and effective stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with reference data / client-account data / SSI (Securities Services).
