JPMorgan Chase’s Accelerator team is building products that solve real‑world problems and put customers at the heart of everything. As a Product Manager, you will be the central figure in moving smart ideas from conception to customer hands, collaborating with squads and leveraging new technology.
Responsibilities:
- Define product scope strategy with clear outcomes grounded in customer needs.
- Run discovery activities to explore the product’s problem and solution space, de‑risk desirability, feasibility, and viability, and refine solutions that support the strategy.
- Lead the squad day‑to‑day with functional counterparts (engineering, design) to build solutions that contribute to the team’s strategy.
- Work with legal, risk, compliance, and other control stakeholders to ensure proposed solutions meet regulatory and operational requirements.
Qualifications:
- Experience leading merchant onboarding and KYB compliance workflows for a B2B/payments fintech, including risk scoring and identity verification.
- Ability to design and evolve control frameworks with legal, compliance, and operations stakeholders to reduce onboarding friction while managing regulatory risk.
- 5+ years of product management experience delivering financial technology products.
- Track record of shipping iterative improvements and measuring results.
- Experience writing clear strategy documents, product requirements, and outcome‑focused user stories.
- Demonstrated ability to manage dependencies across multiple squads and stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Experience with risk and control frameworks in regulated financial services.
