As a Product Director, Solutions Engineering in the Fusion Customer Success team in the Chief Data and Analytics Office at JPMorganChase, you will lead a small group of engineers to help clients adopt Fusion end‑to‑end. You will work directly with Line of Business technologists to understand their commercial goals and co‑design solutions using Fusion components. You will develop, document, and roadshow common solutions ("paved paths") to accelerate Fusion adoption. This role combines hands‑on technical work with people management, offering the chance to shape both team culture and platform strategy.
