As a Principal Cybersecurity Architect at JPMorgan Chase within Cybersecurity and Tech Controls, you are a senior technical leader responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the firm's cybersecurity architecture. You provide expertise to enhance and develop architecture platforms based on modern cloud‑based technologies and support the adoption of strategic global solutions. Leveraging your advanced architecture capabilities, you identify, create, and communicate risk, mitigation options, and solutions, ensuring that security strategies and solutions align with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
You collaborate with IT teams, business stakeholders, and external partners across the organization to safeguard applications and data and drive best‑in‑class outcomes.

- Develops secure, high‑quality, production‑ready code to create proof‑of‑concept security solutions.
- Serves as the function's go‑to subject matter expert and drives thought leadership within the product line.
- Contributes to the development of technical methods in cybersecurity in line with the latest product development methodologies.
- Creates durable, reusable security architecture patterns that improve security, velocity and quality of output across teams and functions.
- Hands‑on practical experience in zero‑trust cybersecurity architecture that has applicability and reusability across business/functions and systems.
- Expertise in one or more programming language(s).
- Deep expertise in cybersecurity principles and practices.
