- Help build and maintain product documentation/product one-pagers which include market and competitive analysis, research briefing, customer segmentation and messaging guidelines etc
- Support feature and product launches, while maintaining alignment on timelines, internal enablement, asset briefing and creation, and cross functional coordination
- Track performance of product, launches, campaigns and assets, including working with product or growth counterparts on experimentation or funnel optimisation
- Keep deliverables on track with clear owners and timelines You'll partner closely with the Product Marketing Lead to deliver the execution of go-to-market plans and partner with Product, Growth, Operations, and many other teams to translate customer insights into clear messaging, high-impact content, and measurable GTM and product activation plans. This is an ideal role for someone who's analytical, a strong communicator, and eager to learn the full spectrum of product marketing within banking.

- Bachelor's degree, ideally in a marketing or communications related area
- Experience in product marketing, growth marketing, product management, or relevant analytical/communications role
- Strong stakeholder management, project management and organisational skills
- Ability to translate complex ideas into digestible concepts
- Experience with crafting GTM/launch plans
- Analytical mindset: basic ability to interpret metrics, cohort data, customer segmentation, and campaign performance; basic proficiency with spreadsheets

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Experience in financial services or banking or related regulated industry
- Exposure to a/b testing and experimentation frameworks
