You will play a key role in enabling decision‑making, improving transparency, and ensuring execution excellence across a high‑impact marketing agenda. As a Marketing Business Manager – Vice President within the International Consumer Banking Finance and Business Management team, you will partner closely with Marketing leadership to drive execution across the marketing program of work. You will help leaders navigate priorities, manage investments, and track progress against objectives, providing clear, decision‑ready insight and strong execution discipline. This role combines business management, financial oversight, and portfolio governance, with a strong focus on collaboration and delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Marketing leadership to drive priorities, follow‑ups, and execution against agreed commitments.
  • Provide end‑to‑end financial management for Marketing in partnership with Finance, including budgets, forecasting, headcount planning, and investment tracking.
  • Track marketing spend effectiveness and key performance metrics, translating insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Own portfolio and program governance, including intake, prioritization, reporting cadence, and executive‑level updates.
  • Provide visibility into initiative progress, milestones, risks, and dependencies, escalating issues and supporting resolution.
  • Coordinate planning cycles, business reviews, leadership meetings, and offsites, preparing clear narratives and materials.
  • Drive cross‑functional collaboration with Finance, Procurement, Legal, Risk, Controls, and Technology partners.
  • Support senior stakeholder requests with sound judgment and effective prioritization.
  • Continuously improve governance, processes, and ways of working to strengthen execution and controls.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in business management, portfolio management, or COO‑style support within a complex organization.
  • Strong financial acumen, including budget management, forecasting, variance analysis, and investment tracking.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver outcomes in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize information for senior audiences.
  • Ability to influence and partner effectively with senior stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Experience working collaboratively across functions in a matrixed environment.
  • Disciplined, detail‑oriented approach with a strong focus on governance, execution, and control.
