As a Lead Software Engineer in the Markets team, you will play a key role in designing and delivering trusted technology products. You will work within an agile team, driving solutions that support our business objectives. Your technical leadership will help us build secure, stable, and scalable systems. You will collaborate across teams and functions, contributing to a culture of innovation and respect. Your work will directly influence our success and the experience of our clients.
Responsibilities- Execute creative software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting
- Develop secure, high-quality production code and review and debug code written by others
- Identify opportunities to automate or eliminate recurring issues to improve operational stability
- Lead evaluation sessions with vendors, startups, and internal teams to assess architectural designs and technical credentials
- Drive communities of practice to promote awareness and adoption of new technologies
- Foster a team culture of diversity, inclusion, opportunity, and respect
- Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts
- Experience leading technologists to solve complex technical challenges
- Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems, including Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Adobe products
- Experience managing software engineering teams to deliver production-grade solutions
- Experience guiding teams to achieve objectives aligned with strategic initiatives
- Demonstrated coaching and mentoring experience
- Proficiency in Java, REST services, Spring, and Spring Boot
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and React
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and independently solve design and functionality challenges
- Practical experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with excellent customer focus and communication abilities
- Experience recruiting, mentoring, and rewarding top talent
- Advanced Adobe product experience, especially Content Fragments, including design and implementation
- Familiarity with GraphQL
