Strategy
- Drive regional Payments marketing plan for priority growth areas and target customer segments, aligning to regional and global priorities.
- Build "growth plays" by market/segment (positioning, target lists, messaging, channel mix, and measurement), tailored to local market dynamics.
- Partner with product and coverage teams to define the value proposition, differentiation, and proof points for priority solutions.
Full‑Funnel Campaign Leadership
- Lead integrated campaigns across awareness, engagement, conversion, retention, with clear outcomes (pipeline creation, deal acceleration, penetration, and share‑of‑wallet).
- Translate complex Payments solutions into compelling narratives and assets (client stories, propositions, sales enablement, event programming, thought leadership).
- Drive always‑on activity across channels (owned, earned, paid where applicable).
Stakeholder Partnership
- Serve as the marketing partner to Payments stakeholders across the region and Europe in particular, influencing priorities and ensuring marketing is tightly connected to commercial outcomes.
- Partner with Country, Industry, and Product teams to activate locally relevant plans while maintaining consistency with EMEA/global messaging.
- Lead agency and vendor relationships (as applicable), ensuring high quality, on‑time delivery, and efficient budget use.
- Partner with global Commercial & Investment Bank Marketing teams as applicable for strategy and execution.
Measurement, Insights & Optimization
- Establish KPIs and performance reporting for growth plays (e.g., engagement, account progression, pipeline, conversion, event outcomes).
- Turn data into executive‑ready insight: what's working, what's not, and what to change—delivered through crisp storytelling and stakeholder updates.
- Continuously test‑and‑learn to improve targeting, messaging, channels, and cadence.
Qualifications
- Significant B2B marketing experience, including product marketing and integrated campaign leadership.
