As a Media Campaign Manager, Senior Associate at JPMorganChase within the Asset & Wealth Management Marketing team, you will lead the execution, optimization, and performance reporting of paid media programs across the EMEA region. You will collaborate with local market stakeholders and agency partners to deliver insight-led, results-oriented campaigns that connect our brand with the right audiences at the right moment. Job responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated, multi-channel paid media campaigns in close partnership with local market stakeholders and agency partners, ensuring alignment to defined budgets and key performance indicators.
  • Activate and continuously optimize campaigns across programmatic display, paid social, contextual targeting, and account-based marketing channels, applying a structured measurement framework to drive performance.
  • Advise internal partners on effective advertising tactics, channel mix, and audience segmentation strategies tailored to specific business goals and market contexts.
  • Manage end-to-end programmatic display execution across demand-side platforms and direct buys, including evaluation of inventory sources, private marketplace negotiations, and direct deal management.
  • Launch and manage paid social campaigns across major platforms including LinkedIn, Meta properties, and YouTube, ensuring consistent delivery and performance against campaign objectives.
  • Support the advancement of programmatic advertising automation through strategic, data-driven projects that improve efficiency and scalability across the media function.
  • Build and execute quarterly testing plans and contribute to the development of an annual paid media strategic roadmap, incorporating new platform partners and emerging channel opportunities.
  • Interpret performance dashboards and deliver clear, real-time reporting and actionable insights to stakeholders across the business.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Formal training or certification on media campaign management concepts and 5+ years applied experience.
  • Demonstrated experience designing and executing integrated, multi-channel paid media campaigns from planning through delivery and performance analysis.
  • Hands-on proficiency with programmatic display execution, including demand-side platform management, private marketplace deals, and direct media buys.
  • Working knowledge of paid social platforms including LinkedIn and Meta properties, with experience managing campaigns end-to-end.
  • Strong understanding of audience segmentation, data strategy, ad trafficking fundamentals, pixel tracking, UTM parameters, and remarketing techniques.
  • Proven ability to interpret complex performance data, build dashboards, and translate findings into clear, stakeholder-ready reporting and recommendations.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams, agencies, and geographies.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Familiarity with marketing technology and measurement platforms such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Campaign Manager 360, data management platforms, and demand-side platforms.
  • Experience evaluating and onboarding new demand-side platform partners and designing structured testing and optimization frameworks.
  • Knowledge of applicable advertising and data privacy regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations.
  • Prior experience working within a media agency, within financial services, asset management, or another regulated industry environment.
  • Exposure to predictive analytics, marketing attribution modelling, and performance forecasting methodologies.
