Digital & Platform Services Business Manager in Business Management team within CIB Digital & Platform Services (D&PS). The role is a key strategic partner for the Commercial & Investment Bank (CIB) COO, operating horizontally across the D&PS organization and engaging with HR, Finance, Business Management, Internal Communications, and Digital Platform Services.

Responsibilities

  • Operate as a horizontal function to drive top priorities and key focus areas across co‑leads of D&PS.
  • Collaborate with Strategy and Communications to craft and deliver the D&PS story.
  • Provide large‑scale strategic business management support for events such as Firmwide Investor Day, Operating Committee, Offsites, Business Reviews, and Board meetings.
  • Partner across the organization to enable the delivery of Outcomes and Key Results (OKRs) and elevate outcomes for senior management on key strategic initiatives.
  • Develop and support engagement and communications strategies in partnership with internal communications and HR.
  • Lead ad‑hoc, data‑driven analyses to inform decision making on key focus areas.
  • Contextualize key messages and execute on the communications strategy to highlight accomplishments, initiatives, and the story of D&PS.
  • Support bi‑annual Global Townhalls and bi‑monthly meetings with all Managing Directors and Executive Directions.

Key Qualifications

  • Experience in multi‑disciplinary teams with an end‑to‑end view of systems and processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for outcome‑focused planning and data‑driven decision making.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships across levels and teams in a global environment.
  • Ability to create and present executive messaging and communications (MDs, OC level -2).
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Pivot Tables).
  • Experience working with business heads and leads to understand key metrics relevant to their objectives and strategy.
  • Strong analytical, strategic mindset and comfort in prioritizing multiple tasks/projects with various stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Interest in data, AI, financial and technology industry trends.
  • Experience creating analytics dashboards or reports, ideally supporting an OKR framework.
  • Previous strategy or consulting roles.
