As an Executive Director in the Applied Artificial Intelligence team within Corporate Investment Banking at JPMorgan Chase, you will lead a group of AI practitioners to build and deliver agentic automation capabilities.
You will own both the development of shared applied AI capabilities and the end-to-end delivery of agentic solutions for priority Operations processes.
You will set technical direction, partner with cross-functional teams, and ensure that AI-driven solutions are safely and effectively integrated into live operations.

Hands-on experience building and shipping AI systems, not just managing teams.
- Demonstrated experience with agentic systems in production, including orchestration, tool use, retrieval, context assembly, human-in-the-loop design, and evaluation of non-deterministic behavior.
- Experience building and leading high-performing AI teams, including hiring, development, and performance management.
- Proven track record of leading complex cross-functional delivery and aligning multiple teams to a common plan.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with credibility across senior business, technology, and control audiences.
- Strong software engineering foundations, including service design, distributed patterns, and testing of non-deterministic systems.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, able to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Ability to influence key decision makers with compelling technical arguments.
