Please note this is a part-time Jobshare position working 19 hours per week. The required working pattern for this role is Monday, Wednesday and Thursday.

The

Infrastructure Platforms Architecture Governance team supports architecture and engineering governance across the organization, helping to ensure standards, governance processes, and strategic initiatives are delivered effectively and consistently.

The team partners closely with Architecture, Engineering, Product, Risk, Controls, and Audit teams to support governance activities, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.

As a

Business Analyst / Project Execution Associate within Architecture Governance, you will support governance initiatives, business analysis activities, and project delivery.

You will work with stakeholders across technology and business teams to gather requirements, coordinate delivery activities, support governance processes, and help drive strategic initiatives.

  • Job responsibilities
  • Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain user stories, process flows, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation using Jira and related tools.
  • Support the planning and execution of governance initiatives and technology projects.
  • Coordinate project activities, track milestones, risks, actions, and dependencies, and provide status updates to stakeholders.
  • Support testing and user acceptance activities, including defect tracking and resolution.
  • Capture UI requirements and work with users and development teams to ensure solutions meet business needs.
  • Produce governance materials, reports, presentations, and stakeholder communications.
  • Support governance forums through meeting coordination, action tracking, and follow up activities.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and support automation initiatives.
  • Build effective working relationships across Architecture, Engineering, Product, Risk, and Control functions.
  • Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Experience in Business Analysis, Project Execution, PMO, Governance, Business Management, or Technology Delivery.
  • Strong requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
  • Experience documenting business requirements, user stories, workflows, and process maps.
  • Experience using Jira, Confluence, or similar project and collaboration tools.
  • Experience supporting project delivery, testing, UAT, and implementation activities.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to produce clear documentation and reporting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Power Point, Word, and Teams.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in Business, Technology, Project Management, or a related discipline.
