Morgan's Command Center.

As a Business Manager Associate in Global Command Center team you will provide support to the Executive Director with senior management presentation, business case creation for Investment Planning, creation/analysis of staffing models, manage projects that attribute to the department's Key Objectives, and partner with Tech for the implementation of new AI/ML projects to automate manual activities.

You will be required to interact with Finance, HR, IT production and development teams, AI team, and various Operations teams within the Payments Organization.

The next few years will be an exciting and dynamic time for Banking Operations as we migrate to a new state-of-the-art global payments system, lead the industry in Intraday Liquidity management, and ramp up global monitoring solutions across Globe.

The Global Command Centre has an exciting part to play and meet those challenges and in its own evolution of Business Activity Monitoring (BAM) and other AI tools.

The Global Command Centre has a follow the sun model and may require some work to happen off-hours via remote access and mobile phone.,

  • Support the Global Command Center Tampa ED and local Bournemouth MD with various project management, presentations, and administrative tasks
  • Update and maintain monthly and quarterly senior management presentations
  • Participate in business case creation for Investment Planning process for AI and technology automation projects
  • Create project plans and manage projects that attribute to the department's Key Objectives
  • Partner with Business Monitoring Activity team, Transformation team and Tech teams for the creation of a new Dashboard/Scorecards and other projects
  • Close coordination and working with other operations sites globally to ensure business goals and objectives are met.
  • Coordinate meetings and deliverable updates for assigned stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities for strategic improvement or mitigation of business interruption and other risks through the use of AI and ML tools
  • Oversee project management activities and prepared monthly project status reports.
  • Experience in Business Management or Finance with an Operations and/or Technology focus
  • Excellent communication, presentation (both oral and written) and influencing skills
  • Excellent communication and ability to work well under pressure and work independently
  • Create executive presentations (both individual slides and structured presentations)
  • Strong partnership record and ability to build effective business relationships required to leverage parts of the organization as required
  • Ability to manage multiples priorities and prioritize workload accordingly to meet key deliverables
  • Knowledgeable of banking functions, specifically, in one or more of the following areas: Payments, Liquidity, Sanctions, Cash Account Management, Fraud, Risk and Controls
  • Experience with Project Management tracking and tools for reporting and AI implementations
  • Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Knowledgeable of banking functions, specifically, in one or more of the following areas: Payments, Liquidity, Sanctions, Cash Account Management, Fraud, Risk and Controls
  • Experience with Microsoft tools for analytics and reporting

The shift for this role is 9:00am - 5:30pm EST. This role may require occasional work on a weekend and/or holiday for some projects that require testing.
