As an Asset Associate - Operations in Announcement Capture Utility Team, you support the accurate processing of high-risk, complex voluntary corporate action events throughout the announcement capture lifecycle.

You will work closely with global partners to resolve discrepancies, answer service inquiries, and maintain strong risk and control discipline.

  • Perform daily controls and core processing routines to support a strong control environment
  • Produce and maintain required metrics and operational reporting for the team
  • Investigate operational issues, driving items through to resolution with stakeholders
  • Escalate risk, control, or client-impact concerns promptly and appropriately
  • Communicate processing considerations, deadlines, and risks clearly to partners and management
  • Support client service inquiries with timely, accurate responses and proper documentation
