As a participant in the 2027 Spring Insights: Shape & Advance at JPMorganChase - Bournemouth programme, you will learn what it's like to work in our business by hearing first-hand about responsibilities and workdays across levels, from Analysts to Managing Directors. You'll practise risk awareness, sound judgement and attention to detail through scenario-based work and practical exercises.

Event responsibilities
- Get to know JPMorganChase through deep dives into our Bournemouth-based corporate teams and their work.
- Participate in panel sessions exploring the daily work of analysts and associates and take part in interactive Q&A.
- Network with peers and our business leaders.
- Build comparable evidence of capability through skills-led exercises and simulations.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- A student expecting to graduate in 2029.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and high levels of self-motivation.
- Enthusiasm for the financial services industry is critical.
