As a Program Manager - Commodities Transformation within the Global Commodities Operations team, you will be a key driver in transforming strategic plans into tangible programs and projects, delivering impactful results across various business units.

The Commodities business at JPMorgan is a market leading platform, active in Financial and Physical Commodities markets spanning Metals, Energy, Agricultural and Indices products, with trading hubs and operations support in London, New York, Houston, Shanghai and Singapore.

As the business continues to expand, particularly in Physical Energy markets globally, this role will be key to supporting the continued growth and success of these business expansion activities.

You will leverage your deep knowledge and expertise in project management to navigate complex issues, make informed decisions, and ensure the successful execution of programs.

Your role will involve significant cross-functional collaboration, data analysis, and conflict management to align operations initiatives with business strategy.

You will also be responsible for building and leading diverse teams, delegating tasks effectively, and fostering an environment of continuous learning and growth.
