Join JPMorgan Chase’s Instrument Reference Data (IRD) Service Delivery Team as a Senior Associate and help shape how we deliver trusted instrument data to our global subscribers across Securities Services, Markets, and Asset & Wealth Management.

As a Service Delivery Manager within IRD Service Delivery, you will drive governance with subscribers, serve as a trusted regional point of contact, and lead long-term rollout initiatives to ensure seamless execution and measurable outcomes.

Partnering closely with IRD Operations and IRD Product, you will resolve complex, business-specific challenges, manage critical projects end-to-end, and champion quality and timeliness while building strong stakeholder relationships.

  • Shape and evolve the Global operating model to deliver best-in-class instrument data services across Securities Services, Markets, and AWM.
  • Serve as the trusted point of contact for senior stakeholders across IRD and the lines of business, building enduring partnerships and enhance client experience across the region.
  • Drive operational excellence through timely execution, proactive stakeholder engagement, and disciplined issue resolution and escalation.
  • Chair and represent EMEA governance forums, providing a clear voice on Product, operational performance, technology change, and process evolution.
  • Lead strategic Product and Operations initiatives that advance productivity, process simplification, and automation across the platform.
  • Contribute meaningfully to the firm's annual productivity agenda by driving efficiency and value-creation opportunities.
  • Deliver insight-led analysis for high-impact projects shaping the future of the Global strategic reference data platform, drawing on deep knowledge of IRD and downstream LOB architecture.
  • Partner seamlessly with IRD Product, Operations, and Technology teams to deliver integrated, client-focused outcomes.
  • Own the end-to-end governance agenda for the businesses supported, setting the standard for transparency, accountability, and service quality.
  • Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Experience in Financial Services, ideally in Project Management / Relationship Management, Service Delivery, or Data Management.
  • Proven track record of managing senior stakeholders across diverse business functions.
  • Strong analytical skills, with hands‑on experience in data collation, analysis, and presentation.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across levels and disciplines in a global, virtual environment.
  • Strategic mindset, with a clear understanding of data, technology, and the risk and control landscape.
  • Confident navigating complex issues across global, cross‑business teams.
  • Proactive, pragmatic, and delivery‑focused - known for getting things done.
  • Solid domain knowledge of financial products, including Equities, Fixed Income, and/or Derivatives.
  • Self‑starter who thrives under pressure and consistently delivers to tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Power Point
