As a Global BankingIncident Communications Associatein theGlobal Banking Operational Resiliency and Integration team, you will craft and deliver clear, timely, and accurate communications during technology and operational incidents. You will help us keep stakeholders informed, support client coverage teams with client-ready updates, and assist with responses to inquiries and escalations.

Job Responsibilities
- Drafturgent, high-quality incident communications
- Translatecomplex technical and operational issues into clear and concise updates
- Partner with client-facing teams to prepare client-ready materials and identify actions to help mitigate client impact.
- Supportresponses to client inquiries and escalations during incidents
- Collaborate with legal, operations, service, product and technical teams to ensure all communications are accurate, concise, and easy to understand.
- Engage with stakeholders to align on messaging strategy, escalation posture, and client response approach.
- Provideregular updates throughout the incident lifecycle to keep stakeholders informed and aligned
- Escalatecritical issues and risks to management as needed
- Driveprocess improvements through templates, playbooks, governance, and tooling enhancements
- Contributeto additional project priorities as capacity allows
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Experience in financial services, particularly in client service, Global Banking, or Treasury Services.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages for technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to rapidly understand complex issues and communicate them clearly and accurately
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Strong understanding of J.P. Morgan’s business model and organizational structure.
- Familiarity with J.P. Morgan’s products, with a preference for channel and payment solutions.
- Technical aptitude, including familiarity with production environments
- Familiarity with incident management processes
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, demonstrating prioritization and organization in high-pressure situations
