This Business Management Support opportunity sits within a firmwide function of over 390 employees across 7 locations. You will work with the Global Cash Asset Management and Reconciliations Utility Leadership Team to support our mission: Driving Accuracy, Transparency and Control.

As a Business Management Support Analyst in Cash Asset Management and Reconciliation Utilities, you’ll support the day-to-day running of this critical function by partnering with our leadership team on business management, organisational tracking, and global communications. Working alongside Business Support Associates, you’ll help provide oversight of resource control and deliver clear, timely support across the team. You’ll be comfortable engaging with colleagues at all levels and helping keep our global organisation connected and informed.

Job responsibilities:

  • Analyse data using technical and analytical skills, data manipulation (Excel, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) to produce reports when required.
  • Contribute to planning and preparation of local and international town halls and offsites.
  • Control information by providing accurate and timely responses, as well as concise reporting to Senior Management, Payment Operations, and HR/Finance partners.
  • Produce quality and engaging communications covering a range of topics to bring our global team together, highlight success stories, and celebrate cultures.
  • Manage central data on global team collaboration spaces (SharePoint, Teams, Confluence).

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Comfort working with all levels of management and senior leadership, providing day-to-day support and oversight.
  • Self-starter approach with strong time management; able to multitask and work under pressure to deliver on time and to a high standard.
  • Highest standards of diplomacy and integrity, strong work ethic, and commitment to an inclusive work environment.
  • Detail-oriented approach with ability to produce quality executive summaries and informative materials for communications/forums.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Experience in Payment Operations/Cash/Finance, preferably within an operational team spanning multiple locations.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to perform meaningful analysis and explain underlying drivers (tell the story behind the numbers).
  • Interest in cultural change and curiosity to understand differences in cultural needs across a global firm.
  • Passion for continuous improvement and creating conditions to identify and solve operational process and data problems.
