As an Investment Solutions Analyst in the Global Private Bank, you will work with specialists to help research, analyze, and develop global investment strategies and opportunities for our clients. Joining our Solutions Training Program means you will be joining a team committed to building client relationships and making meaningful contributions to our business with customized wealth management solutions where you’ll work with product specialists on an investment solutions team. Throughout this program, you'll learn about our business and our clients while building your own expertise. The Investment Solutions Training Program is our main source of homegrown talent and the development pipeline to subject matter experts.

The program begins with a five-week immersive global training program, in which you will join Incoming Analysts from around the world to learn more about the firm and how we do business, build technical and professional skills, hear from senior executives and build global networks. For the entirety of the Solutions Training Program, you'll have ongoing formal and informal training opportunities, as well as continued opportunities for development, engagement, and the opportunity to participate in program initiatives. You'll be encouraged to network across the firm and discover all our opportunities as you consider your next career move. After the program, many full‑time Analysts are promoted to Associates and build long‑lasting careers with us.

Job responsibilities

  • Work with our teams to understand client needs and examine market activities to develop and execute strategies that help clients meet their financial goals.
  • Partner with client advisors, bankers, global investment specialists and estate experts to help recommend investment and wealth management solutions that protect, manage and grow our clients' portfolios.
  • Collaborate with various teams, including but not limited to market strategy, equity, and alternative investment teams to conduct research and analysis, develop products and respond to client needs as part of a Solutions Team.
  • Gain exposure to every facet of wealth management, including investments, lending, banking, and trust and estate planning.
  • Continuously learn through one-on-one mentorship, learning sessions and ongoing events to grow your professional network.
  • Support the business by carrying out activities in line with a front‑office, client‑facing pipeline positions: advising on financial strategies, building investment portfolios, carrying out research and analytics.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills

  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, logical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask.
  • Genuine interest in financial markets and macro‑level economic trends.

  • Highly inquisitive, focused and considerate.
  • Good judgment and discretion when working with confidential information.
  • An expected graduation date between August 2026 to July 2027.
