Overview
As a Portfolio and Performance Analysis Associate within the Portfolio and Performance Analysis team, you will oversee a broad spectrum of performance measurement and attribution calculations, while developing solutions for a complex and continuously expanding business line.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic infrastructure initiatives to implement best-in-class solutions for stakeholders.
- Deliver exceptional client service by understanding client needs and building relationships across the organization.
- Calculate and evaluate performance and attribution for equity portfolios across EMEA and US markets, leveraging tools like FactSet for advanced analytics.
- Provide regular and bespoke risk and return analysis to portfolio managers and investment specialists.
- Oversee performance measurement & attribution calculations and create reporting solutions.
- Monitor data quality and perform compares between computations from different sources.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in performance and attribution measurement.
- Robust understanding of equity products, structured products, derivatives, and portfolio accounting principles.
- Strong quantitative skills with cognitive and problem-solving capabilities.
- Effective communicator with the ability to lead discussions and influence stakeholders.
- Proficiency in issue resolution and root cause analysis.
- Knowledge of FactSet for advanced portfolio analytics and reporting.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Ability to work well on a globally integrated team.
- Progress toward CFA, or CIPM designation preferred.
