Join our team as an Accessibility Lead for the Salt Design System, where you\’ll play a key role in developing and maintaining an inclusive and accessible design system. With a strong background in accessibility standards and usability evaluation, you\’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our design system supports the diverse needs of our users and incorporates accessible design patterns.

As the Accessibility Lead within the Salt Design System, you will:

  1. Integrate accessibility best practices into our design system, ensuring core components and design patterns are usable by individuals with diverse abilities.
  2. Conduct usability evaluations and accessibility assessments, identifying areas for improvement and providing actionable recommendations.
