Overview

As a Financial Services Apprentice in Bournemouth, you will embark on a four-year apprenticeship that offers a comprehensive introduction to the world of financial services. This opportunity will allow you to obtain an undergraduate degree, industry-recognized qualifications, and valuable work experience. Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, you will be awarded a BSc (Hons) Applied Finance and Banking from University of Exeter.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in team projects, contributing to the business while applying knowledge from your studies.
  • Acquire foundational knowledge and understanding of financial services business operations through virtual online learning and practical work within one of our specialist finance teams.
  • Earn your undergraduate degree while working in our business alongside industry experts.

Qualifications

  • Meeting the eligibility criteria for Apprenticeship Funding.
  • A minimum of BBB grades (or equivalent) at A-Level or other qualification (B grade or higher).
  • GCSEs or equivalent qualifications in English (5 or above) and Mathematics (6 or above).
  • Strong analytical and collaboration skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • A continuous learning mindset.
