I am currently looking for a Site Manager to work on a New Build Residential project based in Ealing. The client are a small Developer who focus on High End New Build projects. This site consists of 5 New Build units that will sell from £1.2m – £1.5m. You should have experience with projects around this size ideally. All of the unitys are traditional build and you will be leading the site from Groundowrks all the way through to finishes so again this 360 degrees experience is crucial. Salary is up to £70k all in.
