An established and growing main contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Site Manager to deliver projects across South London. Working on refurbishment, maintenance and new build schemes valued between £50,000 and £10 million, you will take responsibility for managing projects safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards. The business operates across multiple sectors, delivering a varied and interesting workload with long-term career opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day site operations.
- Lead site teams and subcontractors.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme and within budget.
- Drive quality standards and manage snagging.
- Chair site meetings and coordinate all stakeholders.
- Maintain excellent client relationships.
- Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety legislation.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Senior Site Manager with a UK main contractor.
- Experience delivering refurbishment, maintenance and new build projects.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid.
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing and quality management.
