An established and growing main contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Site Manager to deliver projects across South London.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day site operations.
  • Lead site teams and subcontractors.
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme and within budget.
  • Drive quality standards and manage snagging.
  • Chair site meetings and coordinate all stakeholders.
  • Maintain excellent client relationships.
  • Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety legislation.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Senior Site Manager with a UK main contractor.
  • Experience delivering refurbishment, maintenance and new build projects.
