A well-established Main Contractor based in Central London is looking to appoint an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join their growing commercial team. The company currently turns over £50m and has built a strong reputation delivering cladding remediation and façade replacement projects across London and the South East. With a strong pipeline of secured work and increasing demand in the remediation sector, this is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business with real long-term prospects.
You will be joining a small, close-knit commercial team, giving you genuine exposure to the full commercial lifecycle of projects and the opportunity to take on increasing responsibility as you develop.
Role- Assisting with the commercial management of cladding and remediation projects
- Procurement of subcontract packages
- Managing subcontractor accounts and valuations
- Assisting with cost reporting and forecasting
- Supporting the commercial lead with project financial performance
- Working closely with project teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Experience working as an Assistant or Intermediate Quantity Surveyor with a Main Contractor
- Experience on refurbishment, façade, or remedial works projects is beneficial but not essential
- Strong commercial awareness and organisational skills
- Ability to work within a small team environment
- Degree qualified or working towards a relevant qualification preferred
- Growing £50m turnover contractor with a strong order book
- Excellent exposure to projects and senior leadership
- Clear progression opportunities as the business continues to expand
- Central London office with projects primarily across London
