Assistant Site Manager

Job Title: Assistant Site Manager Location: Sites between Purley and Cobham Sector: High-End Residential New Builds Salary: Competitive + Travel Allowance + Benefits Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent About the Role: We are currently seeking a driven and reliable Assistant Site Manager to support the delivery of luxury residential new build projects located between Purley and Cobham. This role is ideal for someone with a solid background in site management who takes pride in delivering high-quality homes to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities: * Assist the Site Manager with day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring smooth progress of works * Monitor site activity to ensure compliance with health & safety, quality, and programme requirements * Coordinate trades and subcontractors to maintain high standards and meet deadlines * Attend and contribute to site meetings with subcontractors and consultants * Support the implementation of site logistics and material deliveries * Carry out snagging and quality checks, ensuring the finished product meets luxury standards * Maintain accurate site records and reports Requirements: * Minimum 3 years of experience working on residential construction sites * Proven experience in new build residential projects, ideally high-end homes * Strong understanding of construction processes, sequencing, and building regulations * Excellent communication and coordination skills * SMSTS or SSSTS, First Aid, and CSCS card preferred * A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering quality homes What We Offer: * The chance to work on prestigious high-end developments * Opportunities for progression within a growing and respected residential contractor * Competitive salary and benefits package * Travel allowance for projects across the Purley–Cobham corridor If you are an experienced and enthusiastic Assistant Site Manager looking to grow your career in the luxury residential sector, we’d love to hear from you
