An established and growing main contractor is looking to appoint an ambitious Assistant Estimator to join its Pre-Construction team based in West London. Responsibilities
- Assist with preparing accurate and competitive tender submissions.
- Review drawings, specifications and tender documentation.
- Measure quantities and prepare take-offs.
- Obtain quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
- Assist in producing pricing schedules and tender documents.
- Attend site visits and pre-tender meetings where required.
- Support the estimating team to meet tender deadlines.
- Maintain supplier and subcontractor databases.
