Are you an experienced people manager with an interest in recruitment and selection? Do you have a proven track record on strategy development and successfully implementing change? If so you could be just who we are looking for to join the Recruitment Sales Department within JPI Media as the Smartlist Team & Product Manager. This role is part time, 22.5 hours a week (4 days), with a basic salary of up to 30k FTE depending on experience.
You will be managing a team of Recruitment Resourcers and Administrators on a day to day basis, leading and supporting in the achievement of KPIs. You will also be responsible for reviewing current strategy and processes and implementing new ideas into the team.
Your core responsibilities will include:
- Managing a caseload of vacancies
- Day to day support/development of the team
- Evaluating current results from external providers and negotiating new contracts
- Reviewing current products and pricing structure and implementing new product suite
- Analysing systems and processes in place and identifying new opportunities
We are looking for someone with recent people management and change management experience, who has knowledge of JPI markets as well as the UK employment market.
