About The Job
The primary function of the Construction Manager is to oversee the Safety, Quality, and Financial operations of 2-3 active construction sites per the plan.
- Ensure that the site is performing all safety meetings and inspections as required by the JPI safety program.
- Ensure that projects are staffed appropriately per the plan, and the team is performing core responsibilities.
- Ensure Daily Field reports are complete and accurate.
- Accountable for safety incident reporting and resolution.
- Accountable for weekly PSM and OAC Reports and responsible for executing all PSM and OAC meetings with timely resolution of all constraints as the responsible front-facing site representative to all other departments.
- Ensure schedule snapshot is accurate and timely, and meeting all milestones.
- Accountable for subcontractor non-performance issue resolution.
- Accountable for the quality and completeness of subcontractor work performed per JPI standards.
- Ensure capture and validation of all data is done per the schedule and accurately resolved.
- Accountable for validation of pay app progress is in alignment with Milestone/Validation report and approved.
