About the role
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Heating and Plumbing Engineer to carry out installations, maintenance and repairs across residential and commercial properties. You'll work on a variety of systems, ensuring safety, efficiency and customer satisfaction. Position is Full time, permanent and self employed.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain and repair heating systems/ boilers/ Air source heat pumps
- Install bathrooms
- Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve faults quickly and effectively
- Carry out routine servicing and safety checks
- Provide excellent customer service, communicate effectively with clients and maintain professional standards
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and health & safety guidelines
- Maintain a clean and organised work vehicle and job site
- Work will be carried out at various locations as required
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience as a Heating and Plumbing Engineer (5 years required)
- Relevant qualifications (e.g. NVQ level 2/3. Gas Safe registration preferred not mandatory)
- CSCS blue card required
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Own tools must. Own vehicle preferred
