To meet our increasing workload and expanding client base we are currently seeking a Structural Revit Technician for our Leeds office.
Candidates shall have a proven track record in the delivery of building structures projects with modelling and drawing production using Revit and Autocad.
They should have a minimum of 5 years relevant experience.

Requirements
- Revit Technician with minimum 4 years experience.
- Successful track record of delivering construction projects up to £75M.
- Excellent working knowledge of Revit and Autocad and the principles of BIM.
- Ability to work in accordance with JPG BIM principles and best practise for digital delivery.
- Objectives and Key Responsibilities
- Excellent Modelling Skills and well versed in the best practices of drafting.
- Advanced ability using Revit, Acad and Navisworks.
- Track record in providing structural drawing information from concept to detailed design.
- Understanding of BIM.
- Ability to sketch details and visualise elements in 3D.
- Able to integrate with the design team and co-ordinate details.
- Able to attend meetings to present information.
- Ability to communicate in a clear and concise way with colleagues and clients.
- Ability to mentor and lead other where required.
- Ability to apply problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to take ownership of the role and tasks.
- Must hold a valid driving licence.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Able to promote the business to external colleagues and clients.

- Flexible Working Day- Core Hours 8:30 – 5:00 – with flexibility of 1 hour either side (common sense flexibility).
- Flexible lunch period- 1hr between 12-2pm.
