Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, sand, and prime wooden surfaces before spraying.
• Spray doors, frames, cabinets, and other joinery products.
• Mix and apply paints, lacquers, stains, and other finishes.
• Ensure a smooth, consistent, high-quality finish.
• Inspect completed work and carry out touch-ups when required.
• Clean and maintain spray guns, equipment, and the spray booth.
• Follow all health and safety procedures and use appropriate PPE.
• Maintain a clean and organised working environment.
• Meet production deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
