We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Conveyancer to join our growing legal team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing residential and commercial property transactions, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, and providing exceptional service to clients. Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end conveyancing processes for residential and commercial property transactions.
- Prepare and review legal documents such as contracts, transfer deeds, and lease agreements.
- Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage brokers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Conduct searches and obtain necessary certificates to ensure transaction validity.
- Keep all parties informed of progress and any issues that may arise during the process.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and internal policies throughout all stages of conveyancing.
- Maintain accurate case files and documentation in accordance with firm procedures.
