JPA Health is seeking an experienced, client-facing Associate Medical Director / Medical Director to join our growing Medical Communications team. This individual will serve as a scientific leader across a diverse portfolio of medical affairs and scientific communications programmes, partnering with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality, strategically grounded work.
Combining scientific expertise, hands-on content development experience, and strong client-facing leadership skills, they will independently lead programmes across therapeutic areas, support organic growth opportunities, strengthen collaboration between JPA's UK and US medical teams, and help leverage AI-enabled tools to enhance efficiency and insight generation while maintaining the highest standards of scientific rigor and quality.
This position is full-time and may be based either hybrid in London or remotely within the UK, with occasional travel to the London office, client meetings, and conferences as needed.
