Role: Responsible for the sale of new and used equipment within the assigned territory, requiring excellent interpersonal, communication and relationship building skills. Qualities Needed:

  • Motivated, energetic and hungry for sales.
  • Successful background in high value capital equipment sales – particularly agricultural, construction or forestry equipment.
  • Able to put a win-win commercial proposal to a customer and have a strong track record in securing conquest business.
  • Able to sell a solution rather than just a product, articulate brand value, and upsell.
  • Good all-round organisational skills, able to plan weekly schedules, maximising face-to-face time with customers.
  • Professionally represent the company and its products at all times – customer site visits, factory tours, local and international exhibitions.
  • Generating and following up leads and enquiries is second nature, with positive value on managing the sales pipeline through CRM and product configuration systems.
  • Residing in or relocating to a Central Belt location with good motorway access, with a clean driving licence and comfortable with regular travel, including overseas visits.
