WHAT CAN YOU TELL ME ABOUT THE ROLE? Reporting directly to the Group CCO, you will be fully accountable for the delivery and execution of annual sales plans to achieve agreed revenue and growth objectives. Maintaining and developing first‑class dealer relationships is pivotal to the success of the role, along with ensuring that excellent standards of product support and customer service are upheld at all times.

WHAT QUALITIES AND EXPERIENCE DO I NEED?

  • You have significant experience in managing B2B or B2C sales activities with a demonstrated history of exceeding commercial targets.
  • You must have thorough knowledge of and significant career experience within the agricultural equipment sector as well as a good understanding of everyday farming activities.
  • Your sales management credentials are first‑class: you have well‑developed team leadership skills, a proven ability in driving sales and growth objectives, an entrepreneurial mindset, ability to negotiate and influence commercial decisions and to professionally represent a premium brand at all levels.
  • You must have excellent knowledge of the UK and ROI dealer network, understand their challenges and be able to work in partnership towards agreed objectives.
  • You have strong analytical skills, capable of identifying and reacting to market trends and new opportunities ahead of the competition backed up by comprehensive knowledge of the competitive landscape.
  • You have excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills, and thrive in a small team environment showing flexibility, a collaborative spirit and down to earth attitude.
  • Your natural enterprising and driven nature should permeate all activities and positively enthuse those around you to achieve high performance levels.
  • You should have a clean driving license, reside centrally within the UK (ideally in East Anglia), and be comfortable with regular travel, at times overseas.
