  • You have significant experience in managing B2B or B2C sales activities with a demonstrated history of exceeding commercial targets.
  • Your sales management credentials are first-class: you have well-developed team leadership skills, a proven ability in driving sales and growth objectives, an entrepreneurial mindset, ability to negotiate and influence commercial decisions and to professionally represent a premium brand at all levels.
  • You must have excellent knowledge of the UK and ROI dealer network, understand their challenges and be able to work in partnership towards agreed objectives.
  • You have strong analytical skills, capable of identifying and reacting to market trends and new opportunities ahead of the competition backed up by comprehensive knowledge of the competitive landscape.
  • You have excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills, and thrive in a small team environment showing flexibility, a collaborative spirit and down to earth attitude.
  • Your natural enterprising and driven nature should permeate all activities and positively enthuse those around you to achieve high performance levels.
