Job Title: Business Development Executive Location: Tameside Salary: £30,000 + Commission + Company Car Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM About Us: Our client is a well-established, friendly, family-run business in the menswear industry, specialising in high-end fashion. With years of experience and a strong reputation, we are now looking to expand our reach and grow our client base. To support our continued success, we are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive to join our team. Role Overview: As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and expanding our customer base. You will work closely with the existing team to identify and secure new partnerships, helping to drive revenue growth. This role is perfect for someone with experience in the hat sector or high-end fashion, who is passionate about building relationships and bringing fresh business opportunities to our company. Key Responsibilities: * Identify and engage with new business prospects within the menswear, hat, and high-end fashion industry. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. * Generate leads through networking, cold calling, attending industry events, and leveraging existing industry contacts. * Work closely with internal teams to develop tailored sales strategies and proposals. * Manage the full sales process from initial contact to closing deals. * Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of the business. * Keep up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments. Key Requirements: * Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within the hat sector or high-end fashion industry. * Strong network and industry contacts within menswear, fashion, or accessories. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented. * Ability to work independently while also collaborating with the team. * Full UK driving licence (company car provided).
